Excelente vitaminas!!! Tenia las uñas y la piel muy apagada y aunque no tenía problemas con mi cabello también le dio brillo y empecé a notar el cambio en muy poco tiempo. Y lo mejor de todo que no te engorda ni cambia tu metabolismo en lo absoluto.
