Great taste, good quality, the nuts are fresh and in good condition, mostly large pieces, it’s not just crumbs and the papery stuff, and (at least last time I bought them) a great value! I like walnuts for snacking and cooking, savory stuff, sweets, anything and everything, so buying in bulk is convenient and buying halves makes it easy to prepare them to whatever size I need. A great buy!

I had never bought walnuts from Amazon before and was a bit nervous. What I received was a great big bag of fresh, tasty walnuts. Just what I wanted, was just what I got! Much nicer than anything I could get locally and I thought the price was great too. Pull the trigger you’ll be glad you did.

Which I am, I've discovered, after buying this 2.5lb bag. I thought walnuts were just a bit acrid and everyone's mouth got a little irritated when they ate them but this is not apparently so. Oh well, no hard feelings. The walnuts are good - nice large chunks, great walnuty flavor, no blemishes that I could see, fresh so far as walnuts go. I ended up giving them away at work and they went quickly enough, so they must be pretty good. I'd recommend them for snacking and baking.
