Delivery went smooth minimal damage to the outside part of the box. It was packaged very well. All parts were securely taped down to Styrofoam. No parts were damaged. I am pleasantly surprised by the solid construction of this bike. It offers excellent value for the price. Assembly is remarkably straightforward. The bike provides a stable ride, the seat is exceptionally comfortable, and it operates quietly. The 15.6” 1080P screen is a notable feature, although I acknowledge that more expensive bikes may offer superior display quality. Nonetheless, I am thoroughly satisfied with this one. The complimentary Merach app, which includes cycling tours, classes, and coaching, is a motivating addition. I purchased this bike for use during rainy weather and cold winter months. I am glad I opted for this model with a screen that allows phone connectivity. Only time will tell the longevity. I highly recommend this bike.

This is an incredible product. Value for money, sturdy and set up for beginner to advanced. The video instructions are easy to follow, with minimal setup. Packaging is sturdy. It comes with a trial of a connected app and also 6 months of the Merach app. Bluetooth connectivity is easy, app connectivity flawless. Follow up services are also easy and timely. This bike is as good as some five times the price.

(Magnetic version) solid built, easy to assemble, excellent customer service. According to them the flywheel is 35 lbs., very smooth, stable and silent ride. I can connect via Bluetooth to Merach app and MyWhoosh and indieVelo (have not tried others yet). For the current price, I'm totally satisfied.
