Is this toilet seat complete with screws and how is the hinge quality?

This toilet come complete with everything needed to install it! The reason I purchased it is BECAUSE the "hinge quality" appeared to be sturdier than other toilet seats. The last toilet seat I owned (purchased from the same company) had PLASTIC hinges which broke within a few months.
