Not that I was aware of. Be aware that thia doesn't dissolve very well it sticks to the side of the blender and is like strange in a shake. I would never order it again.

The package does not say whether it is Atlantic or Pacific. It says product of Canada.

Does this have the warning on the back of it about having minerals that may cause cancer?

I don't know about a warning on the back. I threw it out it was terrible it sticks to everything and doesn't dissolve in a shake
