They were viable. COVER your seedlings so rabbits don't eat them
I gotta give this five stars BUT MAY YOU put a hole like laundry basket over each one or some type of cage. I had rabbits going through the gaps in fencing and the kept nibbling off whatever would come up. I now have two covered. Experience makes us richer 😬

Not like the picture - at all
I planted this spring of 2025 - just one and it grew so the center of it became like a tree...not in a nice round ball at all.

Don't get fooled. I thought this was a nice looking iceberg lettuce. Boy did my wife have a laugh when it turned out to be seeds!
