Great if you get a good unit
So I had a problem with two of these with the USB connector coming apart after a half hour of use. The supplier was VERY diligent in making sure that I had a good product and sent me one. It seems they had a problem that they had not seen before and my daughter has completed multiple rides on her KQi3 and seems to be ok. Just to be sure, I taped the plastic around the USB connector but it really did not seem like it needed it with this batch. A+ on support, B on product. But it does what it is supposed to do. Rest assured if you get a bad one the seller will assist you.

They keep flashing you don’t have a steady color you can choose — update OOPs if you use the app it works beautifully and you can have a steady light

All colors stop working within a few minutes.
The device seems to work when you first turn in on, but after a few minutes all colors except red stop working. So, if you like red flashing light, this is for you.

Bad connecters
I gave it three stars only because of the way that it is hooked up. There are two little wires that go into the plug that you plug into I've ordered it twice and both of them came out and you can't put them back the product is amazing when it works but if you even tap or barely move the plug to plug into the battery box they rip out. The lighting is amazing and what it does but the cheap way it's plug is connected you just have to be very careful wrap it with some electrical tape or something cuz there's no protection for it they've got two snap-on plastic things that they don't work

Battery powered not rechargeable
I didn’t know it was battery powered… I thought it was rechargeable.. so I’ll use them till Dec of 25 then throw them away for a rechargeable instead.STOP MAKING AMERICAN PRODUCTS IN CHINA !!!!

App not as plentiful as I had hoped in features.
Update: seller reached out to me asking for more details and went out of their way to offer solutions but unfortunately it is what I mentioned previously. Lights seem to work fine but will have to use (2) sets to get my blinking red and blue colors. Because the seller was so polite I will raise my feedback to 4 stars.Bummed as you are not able to pick the multiple colors and than use the picked colors in one of the preprogrammed modes offered on the app. I want blue and red only and the closest I can get is Red, Green and Blue in a programmed flashing mode. I was hoping the app would be like my curtain lights where I can do exactly what I described. Bummer. Not sure if I will keep them or not.
