This thing is great, it is doing all it can to protect my lower back from the torture device that is the seat of the Toyota Sienna I drive for work.Seriously Toyota, do you hate the people who buy your van? I would rather sit on the bleachers at a little league game than your seats Toyota!Anyway, buy this is you have a Sienna. Actually if you have a Sienna you have demonstrated you lack competency in decision making, so if you have to drive a Sienna and don’t have a choice, get this product.

I've had other car pillows before that did not work as well as this one. It's very comfortable and helps my back tremendously on long rides.
