I bought this back pillow for my daughter-in-law, and it’s been extremely helpful for her, especially while holding my baby grandson. It gives good back and arm support so she can sit comfortably for longer periods without straining her back. I also tried it myself, and it’s great for sitting up in bed reading. The fact that it can be customized by having less stuffing in sone places and more in others, to make it most comfortable for each individual primary user is a real plus. The pillow is firm, well made, and holds its shape. She uses it daily and has been very happy with it. I’m glad I chose this, it turned out to be a really practical and appreciated gift.

Super comfy, light weight and the support is amazing. If you want less support you can just remove some of the filling yourself to adjust to your liking. It’s super firm, great for sleeping and the size is great.

This is a really nice item, very comfortable to use for reading in bed. It is sturdy but soft, and it is attractive. I am glad I bought it. However, and the reason for four stars instead of the five I would have given, my first order arrived damaged, with the zipper on the bottom open in an area that a zipper should not be open. A broken zipper, with the inside clearly showing. A call to customer service took nearly 30 minutes of my time, partly because I could barely understand the representative. He agreed to send me a new one but said I must return the damaged one. I told him there's no way I could repackage it, because as soon as it is removed from the shrink wrap, it expands tremendously. Then he wanted to send UPS to pick it up the next day. I wasn’t going to be home. By this time I was angry. Why in the world would they send UPS to pick up something they could never resell (see photos) while creating a hassle for me having to arrange a time to be home? All of this conversation was tremendously hampered by the language barrier. Finally, after much being on hold, checking with supervisors and the like, he told me to just dispose of it, and I have. But I see that Amazon still has a return label link for it, and I certainly hope I don't have to fight them on this. Also, when the new one arrived, it has a flap that covers the (nonbroken) zipper. The original, defective one did not have this, so that was another problem with it, one I wouldn't even have known about if the zipper had not been broken. How did this even get through quality control? Anyway, I can recommend the pillow. It's a good purchase. But I was not happy with Amazon's initial response, and while the rep did his best, they really need to have people who can speak English clearly for English-speaking customers. Also, I offered to send the photos and he kept refusing. A picture would have clearly told the story. Pictures attached of the defective one and of the replacement.

It is a little too big but doable. The material is great. I didn’t take out any of the material inside because the comfort is good enough. I would recommend it to others.

Nice , firm back pillow for your bed. It came vacuum sealed and it only took about 10 minutes to sprout into a firm pillow. The cover is removable it can be washed as well.

Fluffed out very nicely, good size for an adult, material feels durable
