Works really well. Used at 16A setting on 16A commando socket adapted to 32A. Pleased so far and 3.6kw is fine for overnight charging. Simple to use hasn't tripped the 16A b-curve mcb which is good.

Purchased about a year ago and very pleased with the charger. A local electrician installed the 32A socket for us (very reaosnable cost), after which setting up the charger itself took about 3 minutes. Very easy to use, we control it via the setting in our car. All so much simpler to organise and use than an expensive hard wired setup. After some months we noticed that sometimes charging stopped for no obvious reason. Gradually this got worse and we found that we culd only get it to work reliably by reducing the current to 24A (5kw). We contacted the EV customer service and after a few email questions to check various things (car setting, handle temperature etc) they advised us that they would send a replacement, whihc arrived a day or so later. Took 5 minutes to swop over (why does anyone have a hard wired one at home?) and we are up and running again at full speed. So, very happy with the charger and even more impressed with the customer support.

this is a great EV charger for the price, i use this to charge my Tesla Model X, it runs at 7.5KWH, on my 32A supply, has all the safety built in that you need, haven’t had no issues been using it for past 6 months, great build quality, doesn’t get Hot at all, cable is a good length, could do with our length options though, fast charging speed on a 32Amp supply,
