This is a good product. Does not work perfect but works well enoiugh in conjunction with other methods. Easy to take. No adverse side effects notes.

I have been struggling with lots of the stool sometimes multiple times a day and even at night, I knew my gut was really in a bad shape and my IBS was flaring up, but this time with loose soul instead of constipation.
