Our vanilla extract has a dark brown color.

What is the Alcohol content?

There is no information on the bottle, however there are only 3 ingredients, vanilla bean extractives in water and alcohol, one can assume that last one is the least one. If you are concerning for diatery purposes if your recipe requires cooking after adding vanilla that means that there will be no alcohol left in it. Hope this helps.
