Most comfortable ever
This is definitely going to be one of those "personal opinion" kind of items, I'm sure, but this is probably the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. When I first opened it, it seemed pretty soft (squishy) to the touch, but when I actually slept on it, I decided it was perfect.I've had this pillow (and been sleeping with it almost exclusively) for about two months, and it's been great. For me, there was really no "adjusting" period - it helped me pretty much right from the start.I have loose joints (plus wide hips and narrow torso) and had been waking up almost every morning in pain. Since I've had this pillow, that has almost never been the case. I sleep in "all" positions - back, left side, right side, tummy - and this pillow is awesome for every option, as far as I'm concerned. Sometimes I use a knee pillow under one leg for side sleeping, but not always.I love that you can flip the pillow depending just how thick you want your neck support. It makes it that much more customizable. If I'm lying in bed on my side reading or something, I stick one of my regular bed pillows under this one for a little extra height. Sleeping, I definitely don't need the extra. Also, however I lay my head (and my arm), there is easily a place where I'm not going to feel suffocated by the structure of the pillow. Somebody really thought this design out.The cover is nice and silky on top. The bottom is harder to explain: maybe kind of like a slightly soft, slightly scratchy mattress pad? I have sensory issues and do not find it unpleasant, but I added another pillow case (just because, I guess) anyway.I let the pillow air out several hours before use and did not have issues with any overpowering smell or anything like some foam products seem to have.I'm hoping this product sticks around because I expect to be purchasing again when this one gets tired.

Excellent pillow. Soft to the touch and fits very well for side sleepers.
Excellent pillow for side sleepers. This is my second purchase. Got the first one for my wife as she had some headache issues due to some surgeries and could not sleep on her left side at all. Now she can. I got one for myself after she had tried it and I enjoy it too as I am also a side sleeper. I especially like the ability to take the cover off and wash as needed. It is extremely soft to the touch yet firm enough to hold my heavy head in position while still allowing my ear to not be pressed so hard on the side of my head. Would and will buy again as needed.

The perfect pillow for neck support and comfortable sleep
This is one of the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever had. It provides excellent support for the neck and head thanks to its ergonomic shape. The hole in the center reduces pressure on the head, so I wake up without any neck or back-of-the-head pain. The material feels nice to the touch, doesn’t overheat, and is very breathable. The pillow holds its shape well, doesn’t sink in, and works great whether you sleep on your back or your side. The pillowcase is removable and easy to wash.I truly noticed an improvement in my sleep quality after just a few nights of using it.

Get standard size. Maybe.
5/29 Edit: I will say this pillow was just not for me. Probably not for smaller people, I'm 5'7. I appreciate the team reaching out and working an agreement. I'll leave this at four stars for solid customer service.Don't be an idiot like me and immediately make a purchase after reading a few good and few bad reviews. Take a few more minutes and look and compare other pillows and double check measurements. If you're a smaller person don't get the queen size unless you want to wake up feeling like you broke your neck. I'm 5'7 155ish lbs and using this because I've started to use a cpap and sleeping on back is what I found works best for me. The queen size was the same price as the standard for me at time of purchase.I didn't think much about it but the queen height but it is way too high for someone my size. You're suppose to put your neck on this arc spot and shoulders go under corner parts of the pillow. It says its suppose to fit the curve of the head without blocking breathing. We'll the stupid shoulder things keep clamping around my neck and it feels like someone's trying to suffocate me.Its been hot and humid where I'm at. Even with my ac on this pillow gets very hot. The traction on the bottom is abysmal. It felt like at any moment I would push the pillow away from my head, further putting strain on my neck. Maybe going to standard would give me a proper experience.

The best pillow on the market!
I love this pillow! I had shoulder surgery with a plate and 12 screws put in my left shoulder to repair it from a fall. I am a left sided sleeper, but with the plat and screws that was painful and I kept waking up. 6 months after the shoulder surgery I had brain surgery. I have a cable running from right above my right ear down to a battery implanted in my right chest. So sleeping on my right side often hurts. This pillow prevents all the pain by supporting both my left shoulder and right shoulder. Easy to sleep on! I take it everywhere.
