I love this. I’m always moving in my business. I’ve experimented with different docks for my laptop in my main and satellite offices. This one works great. I’m not ready to ditch the other ones yet, but this one is working great so far. Only confusing part is the magnetic base on the bottom. Not sure why that is there. It’s cool. But, unnecessary in my opinion.

I've tried two of these , one that came with a gan charger , and the other without ( which is not clearly advertised) - The video pass thru is spotty at best, and will only recognize multiple monitors using one DP and two hdmi, and cannot handle high refresh rates.It also advertises a 100w pd thru put, and it will ONLY output 3.9-45 watts, thats it. confirmed with multiple devices and power input.

I have received this USB C Docking Station a little over a week ago and I have been using this item for awhile now. At first I picked this item because I was looking for something for my laptop extension and connect with multiple monitors. This item is the size of a a size of a iphone 16. I appreciate that this item is made out of metal and I think that this made the item a bit more long lasting. I did not notice any sort of pungent smell upon opening and using this so I am quite happy with that since I do not appreciate items that come with a weird smell to it. It comes with an instruction manual which made it a lot easier for me to comprehend and understand how to use it properly without any trials and errors or the breaking the thing.

I purchased the Baseus Spacemate to replace an HP G2 dock that is encountering some issues. When connected to my HP ZBook Firefly G10, I could not find a way to power on the laptop from the dock. I keep my laptop out of view and closed when in-use, so not having the ability to turn it on is a critical missing feature. Once booted up, the Output 4 - HDMI interface had large squares filled with artifacts that would move around the screen. Attaching a DisplayPort adapter and connecting it to Output 3 worked, but was not ideal. Not sure if this unit is simply defective or if these are known issues, but I quickly re-packaged it and returned it to Amazon.
