Installation of faucet was very easy and it looks great with our other chrome fixtures. When I contacted support due to a small issue with the first faucet I received, Nick was very accommodating and quickly sent us a replacement. The replacement is perfect. Couldn't be happier.

The tap works good after installation. Nice finish. Operation and flow good. The arc of the output spout in a good position for most of my needs. The installation was okay but it wasn't as easy as how they show it. I found that if I tried to screw down from the top it would twist up the tubing underneath. As you have to attach tubing as you put it in. So used the nut underneath method but hard to get tight so had to turn the tap one complete turn to get it tight from the top which put some twisting on the tubing anyway. But once down in place it stays tight. Feels like it will last a long time.

La calidad de este es infinitamente superior, ya que el que viene en el equipo era prácticamente de plástico. La construcción es impecable y se nota a la primera. se instala sin problema y valen los mismos tubos y roscas que con el otro. Por ponerle una pega, no viene un pequeño plano para saber en que orden colocar todas las juntas, arandelas y tuercas. Yo tomé como referencia las del otro grifo, pero si lo pones por primera vez, puede ser un poco lioso. En cualquier caso lo recomiendo por completo
