yes ,the gold edible luster dust powder is kosher , vegan, gluten free.

Q: How should this be added to royal icing?

You can dry dust it on or add to a little bit of liquid ( you can use vodka, olive oil, vanilla extract, etc) and paint it on with a brush.

Q: Strawberries …. if i first dip in chocolate how do i add the gold dust? does it need to be mixed with liquid or can i just sprinkle the dust directly?

I mixed directly on my candy to make it colorful. The powder is very thin. I think you can sprinkle in the chocolate.
