I got this weighted belt a while ago, and it became one of the best tools I have for my calisthenic journey... doing wheigted pull ups, chin ups, dips, sit ups, donkey calf raises and so many more exercises it's a great experience with this belt. I'll recomend it to anybody that is into calisthenics 100%.

Comfortable. Chain length is perfect for me - 5'8". Well built.

Nice and wide which means it is comfortable. I use it for pullups. I added about 6 inches of chain so the weight would hand below my most sensitive areas rather than clang around on them. Seems sturdy, but could definitely use a little more chain. I have a 36 inch waist just for reference.

I get a lot of use out of this belt with the chain. I mainly use it for standing calf where I attach it to a cable and stand on a stepper on my tippy toes.

I have to admit doing dips, and pulls ups is a night and day difference when you out this on, and add some weight. I’m at about 100 reps of dips with only my body weight, but now I incorporate this dip belt between my sets, and I can barely do 50 reps. It’s too soon to tell if I gained any strength yet since I only tend to use this once a week. I’ll try implementing it a little more but definitely worth the buy. Great quality doesn’t feel cheap, chain feels sturdy even with an old school 45lbs weight hooked up to it.

This belt gets the job done!Feels very sturdy and the chain length is perfect when you loop it through as directed.Keeps the weight higher up and I can grasp it with my adductors as well vs it hanging super low which always bothered me with other belts.Highly recommend!
