Q: Can someone post pictures of this in use? Does it attach to a manual vacuum?

It attaches to our Kreepy Krauly and works just fine.

Q: Can this work with polaris atlas? Thats a different hose than a standard heyward navigator... Thanks!

It connects to the skimmer hose, before the skimmer , so assume it should work.

Does. It come with a hose come as the picture shows. Canister, plastic mesh basket, and a hose attachment piece on each end

Q: Can the vacuum be hooked to this?

Not directly to the vacuum. It goes like an inline filter. You will have to have two hoses, or cut an existing hose. I bought 2 screw on ends and cut my hose. I hook a short 3 foot hose to my strainer, then this basket, then the longer side of my hose, then finally my vacuum. I have pecan trees on my property. This is a big help.
