An excellent diaper, when one is looking for a "cloth ...
An excellent diaper, when one is looking for a "cloth like" outer covering. These will hold up to all day wear, but the inside stuffing can sag a bit when they start to get saturated. They hold up to multiple wettings well, overnight is no problem for these. They are a trim fit, relatively thin, but very absorbent, and they soak up quickly and distribute the wetting quite evenly without bulking up too much in front. These are very discreet in public, and fit under my regular clothing without a problem. I am quite active, and I have never had a tape failure on these yet, unlike pretty much all of the plastic diapers I have worn. While they don't have much of a crinkle noise, they have just enough bulk to feel like a diaper, and the inside liner is soft and comfortable. These have become my go to diaper for general everyday wear. Highly recommended.

Thin and discreet yet most effective day-use product on the market.
These are thin and incredibly effective and would outlast 2 or 3 of the supermarket or normal drug store products (depends, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, etc). They are very good for day use and continuously feel dry. The elastics allow them to be fit better than any others and they wick moisture well throughout so more of the absorbent padding is used before leaks happen. Even though they are rated as their most absorbent brief, the elastics and design allow them to be fit very snugly to the body and easier to conceal under most clothing. The Velcro works multiple times for easy re-positioning and stretchable sides allow for freedom of movement without compromising product protection and overcomes the problem most cloth like covered products have with sagging and stretching after being worn for any length of time. They might work for some people for overnight use but there are other products better suited for that when thin and discreet is not a priority.

Best Briefs
I love these briefs! At 87, I live in a facility and supply my own supplies. I have used several other brands but much prefer these Tenas. . HOWEVER, they NEVER arrive when they are promised. My caregivers don’t always tell me when I’m running out and often need a new order when they are promised! Can something be done, please???

NOT stretchable!
Absolute waste of money! These do not have any stretch, and are impossible for anyone with even small mobility/flexibility issues to put on without assistance. Also, they are NOT briefs, but diapers.

My elderly aunt's favorite brand. Comfortable and very absorbent, and...
...she gets to maintain her inderpendence because she can put them on herself. The pull-up kind are not user-friendly if you can't keep your balance. She says these are easy for her to maneuver into position, and they actually absorb the urine rather than holding it like a big plastic cup. (Gross but true) The S/M size fits her 5'7" 125 lb frame comfortably.

Best used for only a few hours
TENA 67902 Super Stretch Medium/Regular Briefs 28/Pack from Engoloids Medical are good Adult diapers. The single long hook/loop tab on each side is a breeze to seal and adjust no matter how long the diaper is worn or how many times adjustments are needed. This diaper really does hold a lot, but the leak guards begin leaking long before the the garment has absorbed its maximum amount of liquid. Best used for only a few hours and not for overnight due to the leakage issues, but worth the price.

Not for me
This product did not work for my parent. The fit is completely off. Its like double wrapping her when closing diaper. Did not work at all. aaaahhhh .... why did I buy so many packages.

Good overall daytime brief
The Tena brief is a good choice for moderate daytime or light nighttime incontinence. I must say there are not equipped for multiple large, full-bladder voids, so don’t expect that from this product. There are better options for people who need multiple heavy, full-bladder void absorbency. This is my first time trying the Tena Stretch, and they fit much better than the standard Tena briefs. The fit around the legs is okay, but they tend to get irritating on my legs after a few hours if I’m especially active. They are fairly comfortable for wearing to the office under my slim-cut pants, not showing a “diaper bulge” or looking unusually conspicuous. I really wish there were standing leg gathers- a feature that Tena doesn’t include on any of the tape briefs they manufacture for the US market. If you want a trim diaper/brief for daytime use, this is a good option.

These feel really good the single tab on each side makes it easier to apply and wear. I got a medium which fits snug no leaks. I have a 38” waste if ordered again I would go one size up. That’s the only complaint.
