Can i use fabric with this machine?

I have not tried it. But I would think a light weight fabric would be ok. Nothing too heavy.

Is there a way to buy the paper circles separately? I bought two button press machines and love the weight and texture of the paper included.

Not that I am aware of. We also bought the die cut machine to speed the process.

can this machine cut magnets as well?

It can cut the type of magnet sheets that are printable. Also, if you have a Xyron with the laminate/magnet cartridge, it can cut that as well.
