Easy to assemble, great product. Just what I needed!I didn’t use the backboard out of choice.

This is just like the picture once built but, that's the hard part! Putting this together is an absolute nightmare. I'd recommend pairing up with someone to tackle it as the pieces love to pop out of place as you're building it. I'd also ensure you buy the right size cubes if you are looking to use storage cubes, the IKEA ones are too big for this, they sell some at the appropriate sizes here on Amazon.

Great cube unit as toy and book storage for my daughter

Dowels too small so didn't fit the fixing holes properly, unit collapsed while trying to put it together. Needs correct sized fittings and glue or it just has no stability whatsoever. Maybe I had a dodgy one who knows. Item returned.

I now have 5 of these and they are great, I'd recommend using extra nails in the backing as kids somehow get it loose.

Good unit

Was pretty simple to put together, bit flimsy but thought I'd read they they take 30 x 30 cm boxes, they don't as cubbys are odd size of 30 x 29!! So the boxes I got stuck out! Will now probably remove the back panels so the boxes can be pushed back a bit and try and find another way of stabilising it!
