Works amazingly. I love this machine. It’s a great engraver for beginners. It’s compact and excellent for snall projects. Assembly and set up were super simple.

Great machine for beginners! I have never used a laser before and this machine made it simple. It’s easy instructions made it simple to get started and use it to make some extra money. I have been using it for hat patches and then putting the patches on hats for people. They look really clean and professional. I wish I had gotten this sooner!! The speed is also good considering the quality of work it’s doing. It doesn’t take up much space at all just make sure to use proper eye protection and ventilation. You can engrave so many things and could easily make your money back in no time. I love this thing!! So many other things I want to try!!

Didn't do the research and bought this thinking it would be fun. Turns out it's so underpowered, it's not really useful for anything. I returned it and I recommend you make sure this model will meet your needs or step up to a more capable one.

This machine is of amazing quality and value for your money. I wasn't 100% sure if it was going to work for what I wanted, but it exceeded my expectations. This laser engraver can engrave on just about anything including titanium, which was my intended use. Call me impressed about what this little machine is capable of doing. It's also easy to use and there is open-source software it's compatible with. The size matches the description, it's perfectly functional and looks great. I really really recommend this item.

A very light weight but fully functional machine.

Setup was quick and easy, and within minutes I was engraving designs on wood and acrylic. The 6W power is more than enough for detailed projects, and the results are sharp and precise. I’ve used it on leather and plastic too, and the engravings look professional. The compact size makes it perfect for my small workspace, but it’s still powerful enough for all my DIY craft projects.

Instructions were very simple to get started. The manual included with the laser walks through hardware set up (minimal, add the laser to the holder, plug it in) as well as software download (compatible with LaserGRBL, which is free (!) but only available for PC) and laser configuration. The manual also has suggested laser settings for a number of different materials. Also, there are many videos on YouTube to reference for fine tuning the settings for different projects. I was able to print my first test image within 1 hour of opening the box-- and it looked great! I'll also say the frame and all of the components of the laser engraver are hefty. Great deal overall. Highly recommend.

The laser barely did any engraving or cutting when I did the test run. I thought it would prompt me to put on glasses before it started cutting, it did NOT. So beware, though I watched a YouTube tutorial on the setup of the exact same product and software suggested that stated that a prompt will pop up to put on glasses before the laser started. I pressed start no prompt, didn’t get a chance to put on glasses. currently have to go into the hospital to check on my eye health now. So make sure you have the proper safety glasses on before pressing start. Not sure if the ones included are best because I still could see the blue light once I got them on. I read the reviews before I bought it. Let’s just say I will be returning this.

Difficult to figure out how to work, calibration is always off. Not worth the money. I've been trying to get this product to calibrate, and it's always off on one side. I missed the 'return window' by ONE day. :(
