No. This Will not minimize your double chin. Only surgery will. Or is it a weigh problem? I have used this for years, and really like it. I'm now older, and I'm starting to notice my neck is not looking so good!! Yippsssss..

does this help with sagging skin? I don't really care if it gives your skin moisture. I only want to know if it works for tightening and sagging skin

I only use it for moisturizer. You may need to use a glycolic acid based cream for tightening, if that will help the area you need.
