Nice color changing light
Nice light, for a SPA I would give it 5 stars. Will see how long it lasts but if 3+ years I put it ahead of the named brand that was 2x price and lasted 3-4 years. This has more features with the controller and remote. For a pool (my recess is 6"), some colors are not as strong/bright as I would like so I would give it 4 stars. However as this is a SPA size light, and its my play pool that has the smaller recess/fitting size I am giving it the 5 stars, and I would buy it again even with the colors not as bright in the pool.Overall for ~$200 its worth it

Works as advertised
I think this was a high quality light to replace the old 120v nutch. I’m not 100% sure because I sold that house but when I left it was working great.

Great price, but only 2 colors
I’m only giving this 4 stars because of the price. It was a fraction of the cost to replace with this light than replacing with the traditional pool light. However, the description is misleading…There are only TWO colors (green and blue). Other than that, the light is very bright. A licensed electrician installed the light for me and so far, so good. Also, the remote doesn’t power the light on/off when I use it.

Easy to install
This light has 6000 lumens and lights my 21x41 pool almost as brightly as my old 120v 500 watt flood lamp

Works like a charm

Probably a hit or miss product.
Product only functioned with a few colors. Not all 7 as indicated. Of course I’m out the labor cost for my electrician to come out again & remove it & install another light. Bad Chinese product. Amazon offered $20 for the inconvenience. Hardly puts a dent into the cost for an electrician labor per hour.

Wonderful LED SPA or Pool light
Be sure you realize it’s a 10” diameter rim, the most common size for pool lights. Many spas use a smaller diameter light.I replaced a defective Pentair lamp that failed only 2+ years after it was installed. Half of the led’s on one side totally failed and the other half would flicker (probably because the total circuit was a problem. The exact Pentair replacement is now $900! That’s a 300% increase in just over 2 years. This lamp is 60 watts vs 100 watts for the Pentair but it’s color vs white and I really like its “dance” with music as it changes colors with the rhythm. It’s also safer because the supply to the wet end is low voltage (12v). Just be sure you have a shaded weather proof spot to mount the control box. Otherwise you will have to mount it in a suitable weatherproof housing.
