Suture Practice Pad with 14 Pre-Cut Wounds 3 Layers for Medical Dental Student

I ordered this kit to boost my suturing skills, as the ability to suture someone in an emergency is a superpower! This kit gives me a refreshing mix of some really funky lacerations to test my skill. After closing each wound several times the latex does become worn out, so it is not highly reusable. I learned to suture in Scouts, and it has enabled me to save a life with that knowledge. Great for med students too, because of the unusual wound patterns. The included tools and equipment are of an excellent quality except for the inexpensive and not easy to work in gloves that are so floppy they encourage mistakes. Packaged very well and it contains everything except patience and skill!

This all in one suture kit is a student's dream. It has several wounds/lacerations for a variety of practices. It comes with multiple tools. The silicone is realistic and does not tear, allowing for multiple practices. This comes in a compact zipper case for ease of portability.

Nice silicone suture practice. Thick and good quality. Washes easily. Love the variety to practice on. I wish it included one or two needles.

This suture kit is pretty fun - keep in mind that I am not in the medical field and I am not studying to be a professional by any means, I just ordered this kit because I thought it would be fun to mess around with - it definitely delivers in that area. The kit includes everything you need to get started and after watching a coupld of the tutorial videos online, I was stitching up the practive analog in no time.I want to stress that this meant for training and I don't think should be considered a professional option at all for those who actually want the capability of suturing in their first aid kits. The price is perfect and the tools included are decent quality and will absolutely allow you to try your hand at suturing. this is a ok kit. the skin is great and i mostly get kits for the fake skin. the instruments are ok. and the suture is good for practice.

The only thing that I wish was different is if it came with flash cards showing the different types of sutures and how to create them. However, there’s plenty of ways to find that online for free. Everything that is listed came in the set. I was slightly surprised by how big the zippered pouch actually was. The tools are pretty good quality. Suture packs are clinical quality. Very helpful for the classes I’m taking ❤️
