Have installed and used a couple of these, very solid items.

I did not like the fact that you had to turn the handle to secure the cover. It is possible to close the key safe such that it appears closed and secure, but if the handle has not been turned, then it will open again. Not secure. Other key safes have a latching action when closed. It would be better if this one latched.

The tab which holds the lid closed snapped off the third time it was used. Beware…

Chose this as was given excellent rating - sadly after being used 4 times per day by carers looking after my elderly mother, I get a call yesterday whilst a work to say they could not gain access as the numbers on one side were all stuck ..... husband has attended and he too is unable to open it......for the money paid i think the durability of this is very poor and did not expect to have to replace it
