This is a great product for the keto diet and does not raise blood sugar

So many in my world are diabetic but we all like to have treats. I am the baker and ice cream maker in the group. I am Not diabetic myself but I started experimenting with SWERVE by just doing a 1/2 and 1/2 substitution. No one noticed. Now I do full substitution in everything I bake and even ice cream. Works perfectly. I think you do have to be careful to not overindulge— for many reasons, but especially till you see how your GI tract responds to the erythritol. It is expensive and hard to find anywhere besides a well stocked Sprouts or Whole Foods so good old Amazon comes through again. Thus far, no one I have ever served a SWERVE product to has detected the difference. I use it just as the recipe calls for. It is slightly less sweet than sugar but that has actually enhanced the taste of many things that I have made. You have the expected sweetness but not that sweet that detracts from fresh peaches in a wonderful pie or good chocolate in a home made ice cream.
