Great post surgery product. I use this daily for post rotator cuff surgery Physical Therapy. The should wand is very durable and easy to put together.

This is a sturdy therapy mobility pole for frozen shoulder exercises. Works as intended.

Just what I needed for external rotation.

This was quite easy to put together, and is better than using a broom for my physical therapy exercises. Supposedly you can also disassemble it for travel, but I haven't tried it yet. The handle on one end makes it easy to grasp. It's light, which is the point--it's supposed to help guide proper range of motion, not be part of weight-training. Glad to add it to my "home gym" set-up.

This is just what the doctor ordered for post shoulder surgery PT. It is built well and breaks down to be portable. They say you can just use a stick but no stick has the handle on the end and THAT makes a huge difference.
