Pretty and detailed
Love this amazing bathroom floor TOWEL! It is a floor towel, NOT a mat or rug. The quality is excellent and the detailing top notch. Better than expected. Soft, absorbent, easy to wash right along with regular bath towels. You won’t be disappointed with this product.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I have never been a fan of conventional bath rugs (ya know the type with the none slip grip on the bottom that disintegrates after only a few washes and the material that often pills or gets ruined when you do so) because of this, I used to have to avoid washing bath rugs (which I absolutely HATE) so eventually, i just threw my old ones away and started just using a towel each time. Now, we have a house with a rabbit and a hardwood floor that chips this weird...paint? (we live in an old apt building so we just accept it) so i really needed to have something that was easy to shake off as well as equally easy to throw in the wash every single week or every couple of days just to make sure it stays clean.after a while though, using a regular towel just wasn't covering it....I don't know why it didn't dawn on me before to check to see if there was a such thing as 'towel rugs' and let me say, i am not disappointed after buying one. it is just the right size, thick (but not too thick or heavy so that my apartments terrible coin dryers don't dry it entirely) Light weight and slightly grippy too without needing some other material! Now keep in mind, it's still way more slippery then a conventional rug but...we pick it up and hang it up to dry after every use so we've had little issues with wipe outs on the rug.this rug wouldn't be for everyone but it fits my exact needs perfectly! If you are looking for something that can survive a ton of washing and looks pretty too, go for it! if you like rugs that are largely stationary and never get picked up or ever move, I'd say go for something else.

Perfect for specific needs
I love this bathmat. First, it is very pretty. I ordered it in pale pink, and was a little worried, because one reviewer said it was more peach than pink. But mine is a true baby pink, and the floral pattern makes it look very elegant. Second, it is a thin bath towel type mat, not thick or squishy. I wanted a mat that I could drape decoratively over the side of the tub when not in use but then dries quickly when used. It is in my powder room where the tub is seldom used anyway. Third, it is small, so it is to scale with my small powder room. The rug sits on a non-slip slightly rough tile floor, so I am not worried about anyone slipping. It seems to be stable. So given these conditions, it is the best mat for what I needed!

Nice Little Bath MaT
At first I was going to send this back because although the pattern and color are nice it just looked like a small towel. However, it is absorbent, dries quickly, and does the job. I use it for when I step out of the shower.

Very Pretty, but Not Functional
They call this a "mat" but it's not a mat at all. It literally looks like a thin and short beach towel; the pictures on the selling page are somewhat misleading. The design on it is very pretty however, and the woven fabric is very well done. It also is very soft and does wash well, but again, this is just a thin towel. I really don't see anyone being able to use this as a mat on its own, you would have to put a thicker mat beneath it. Once you see and feel it in person you'll go, "wow he wasn't kidding, this thing is thin".This would make a good hand-cloth but a horrible mat.

Fits well in the 70's style bathroom
We bought a house this spring and are in the slow process of remodeling everything. Currently it's designed in the most elegant style of the 50's through the 70's (Different rooms are different eras, but none more current than the 70's). It's going to be a bit before we get to the bathroom with the arched tub opening, pink flowered wall paper, gold toned shower doors (Oh, we did pull those out and put in a pretty turquoise shower curtain). and blue vinyl flooring. This bath mat fits in perfectly with the current decor. It really looks like something from my grandma's bathroom and truly, I love it. It's not non-skid, so if that's important to you perhaps look for another bath mat. But it is nicely flexible and I wanted that so it will drape over the side of the tub when we're not using it.

Not Machine Washable
Washed this rug one time on gentle and it came out with a hole. Very disappointed
