I have been using this hair oil for about two years now. I'm African American and my hair is mid back length. It has most of the essential oils in it so it's perfect for maintaining healthy hair. I add it to my shampoo and it leaves my hair moisturized and super soft. My boyfriend, who has dreadlocks, does the "Green House" method with this oil and it has proven to be an essential tool in keeping his scalp healthy and his dreads hydrated. My only complaint about this oil is the smell. This oil has a strong sweet smell. It smells exactly like the candy Baby Bottle Pops. The smell is nice if you're into sweet fragrances. For me it's a little much sometimes.
