I was doubtful these would arrive unbroken and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived after 5 days on a UPS truck fresh and intact. Very fresh and each cookie is equal to about 3 grocery bakery cookies in size and calories. They really do look like the photos. Soft and chewy, full of large chunks of chocolate and other goodness. Tastes like premium ingredients and baked to perfection. Worth the $28. These rival Crumbl cookies.

I'd like to make one thing perfectly clear. I have ordered things from David's and enjoyed them thoroughly. However, this review is for David's fresh baked cookies. They were not good. They were a decent size. There was nothing wrong with that. I still think they were little expensive for the amount of cookies and the sizes. But here's the thing they tasted terrible. And I would like to say maybe I got a bad batch of cookies, but the fact of the matter is it's a variety of different flavor cookies. They were not just rock hard but they were like a rubbery hard where you couldn't even chew them and it hurt to chew them and they didn't really have much flavor other than they tasted like sugar like some cheap knockoff cookies that somebody made and stuffed in a can. I will continue to buy David baked goods and stuff but I will never buy these cookies again. I truly thought that I was going to buy these and give them out as gifts over Christmas. But you know what I would have been embarrassed. It's not that they were dry. It's not that they were moist. It's not that they were chewy. It's not that they were crisp. They were just bad. Do not recommend these for anybody. Look at, some of the other offerings that David has.
