These knives are sharp and i mean sharp. The look is top quality. I have not used them as they are a gift. The carry case they come in is super thick leather. Feel be careful Putting the knives back into the bag because they will cut the bag. Very well made and nice to hold in your hand they also have some. Weight to them.

Well made and sharp

I love cooking and I believe having a good knife is important for a cook. I spent $$$ in quality knife’s but even with the quality knives it gets dull and needs sharpening. Recently, I decided I wanted a boning knife since I am always deboning meat. After looking on Amazon and reading many reviews. I decided on this particular knife, figured the price was cheap, reviews were good and the brand from other reviews I have read about it. Received today, couldn’t wait to test it out, I figured if it isn’t good, return it goes, nothing to lost. I have to say OMG, it cuts like butter, so smooth and easy. I just hope it stays sharp like this, which I highly doubt, all knives need sharpening after so many uses. But for the price, I am happy for now.

I am beyond happy with this set. They are nice and heavy sharp as hell so be careful just a perfect Carbon Steel knife set.

One of the best knife quality & Value I ever buy, used for some weeks 45 hours shift and still super sharp (regular mantainance) but love it!
