Outer prongs are less than 80. The one i got has 75. The prongs are tangled a lot. The inner prong count is very very less. And lots of inner prongs arrived chipped, broken and damaged. The outer prongs are not even and hence will get damaged easily when whisking, whisking will also take lots of effort. Returned this after seeing the sad state it arrived in.

In photo it shows a nice box with the whisk it dot come with it only the whisk arrived

Low quality prongs

Matcha lovers, please consider purchasing this item. It is much more sturdy than the ones that come in the sets. I think the design and quality of the product is much nicer and durable. This whisk is easy to clean and use, works well with mixing the matcha perfectly.

I love this one. I am new to making matcha, and this helps me to make a perfect matcha like I would get in any cafe. The quality seems excellent, it will last me a long time.

Purchased for my matcha loving 18 year old daughter as a gift. She absolutely loves it!! To be honest, I know nothing about these matcha whisks. Purchased this one because the pictures and description sounded really good…plus it was only $9.99 with free delivery. Luckily I somehow nailed it lol! Hopefully this helps anyone who needs it.

Durable and good for the price. I’d definitely buy again. For those new to matcha, make sure to soak the whisk in hot (not boiling) water (a few cm lower than the string part) for a few minutes before using it to stir matcha or you risk breakage. These whisks are made to be used a certain way so often breakage is simply user error. Don’t forget to store it on a whisk holder so it keeps its shape!

Excellent whisk. I get a lot of microfoam using it, and I don’t even have to whisk for very long. I think it’s because the amount of prongs on the whisk makes it better to use. The quality is alright, a few prongs on my whisk broke on my first use but all the remaining prongs have been holding on tight and the whisk has generally held its shape.
