Such a great series. Simple, different, interesting, a masterpiece of sequential art narration that is cute, funny and emotional all at once. No wonder it has received as many awards as it has.

Qualitativ ist das Buch gut verarbeitet. Die Geschichte erscheint auf den Ersten Blick mit Zwergen, Elfen und Magiern wie ein Standard Fantasy abklatsch, den es bereits in 1000 gleichen Varianten gibt. Im Laufe des ersten Teils fällt aber auf: hier werden viele Tropes und Klischees über umgedreht. Nicht nur startet die Reihe NACHDEM das große Überl besiegt wurde, sondern widmet sich auch der Frage: Was passiert eigentlich nachdem die Story ihr Ende gefunden hat? Hence: "Beyond Journey s Ende". Persönlich halte ich den Manga für eine einzigartige und gelungene Geschichte, die es wert ist gelesen zu werden und einen vollkommen innovativen Spin in das Fantasy genre bringt.

Good series to read, quality of the manga and its pages are really good
