Great for basic acoustic treatment
I wanted to add something to some open flat areas that are wood paneling in my listening room and these were exactly what I was looking for. While not a professional grade panel (not quite thick enough) it does a great job of both diffusing and absorbing reflective sound frequencies. They are well built and the foam backing is rather dense and not airy. Easy installation with a little adhesive and a couple of screws that are included. I did not have a need for cutting, but it seems it would be very simple. Overall, I would recommend these as an acoustic treatment for a flat wall.

Moody loft vibe
Was super easy to install and looks beautiful. Just really wish i could buy either a pack of 2 of the 107” x 8” ones because it doesnt feel like enough space for the look im going for with just the 4.

Good quality!
Bought 4 panel and cut one down to make a headboard for my king size bed. Looks great! Heavy panels seem good quality.

Good product, used to be cheaper
I liked these a lot more when they were cheaper. I'd say they aren't perfect but they are/were*** very economical. Still a good buy but if you need perfect finish you may want to explore some pricier options. Had issues with slight variation in spacing/alignment etc. They seem to have changed manufacturers at some point and changed the process slightly, had to buy mine in multiple batches to finish our project. Will say that the color was very consistent, no concerns there. As an acoustic treatment, they are very effective at catching the mids and highs.

Elegant Look Inexpensively
Love my new panels! Same on other sites cost way more. Customer service is amazing. We did not use adhesive as the directions state, just screws through studs.

Not wood
What the customer should know, that the slats are NOT wood it is MDF covered with a wood look veneer. Several of my end pieces where chipped but because of the way I was going to use them it didn't matter. Overall they look nice but over priced for covered MDF.

Not cheap but very nice
I got these to put in a small office in my apartment and I love them. I ended up making my own pattern out of these by cutting some of the panels at 45° angle using a hand circular saw and also had to cut some outlet holes with a jig saw. It required a lot of measuring and planning, but the end result is fantastic. This is my background now for video conference calls and every time I talk to a new colleague they always comment on how nice my background is. Not only that, but the original reason I got these was because my room had a lot of echo and these are supposed to be acoustic panels first and foremost. They certainly do soak up sound and my room no longer echos. There are some drawbacks. For one, you definitely need some kind of saw to cut these. They are real wood on top of the acoustic board backing so they will require at least a hand saw, preferably a circular saw, and at best a table saw with miter jig if you want to cut at an angle. Second, they aren’t cheap. Compared to basic foam panels, these are quite a bit more. Finally, the wood is attached to the acoustic panel with what are essentially heavy duty staples. They’re completely fine if you aren’t cutting the panel, but if you are and any of the panel is cut so that it doesn’t have a staple attaching it to the backing, it will fall off. So make sure you have the appropriate glue to secure the panel to the backing if you plan on cutting these down.Other than that though, I’m very happy with these. Love the look and the sound absorption. If you want to make a statement in a room, you could do much worse than to put these on a wall.Update: Added image of my office wall.
