This little nasal dilator actually surprised me - it’s comfortable, easy to use, and really helps open up my breathing at night. I love that it comes in three sizes so you can find the perfect fit. It’s reusable and super simple to clean. My sleep feels way more peaceful now, and the snoring is almost gone!

I wanted to like this so bad. I know that this cannot be made with harder plastic because that would make it uncomfortable but this is too flexible and does not hold its shape at all. I was hoping to be able to use this as the nasal strips irritate my skin if using for multiple days in a row. Unfortunately this did not work for me. The design is good it is just that it is too flexible. I wish there was a way to return to get my money back.

I was skeptical about sticking something in my nose to help with snoring but these actually work. The silicone is really soft and flexible so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable once it’s in, and it doesn’t pull or irritate my nose hairs either. I noticed right away that I could breathe easier and I didn’t wake up with that stuffy feeling. My partner says I snore way less now too which is a win for both of us. It comes with three of the same size and a little box to keep them clean which is great for travel. It did take a couple nights to get used to the feeling but now I barely notice it. Definitely worth a try if you struggle with nasal breathing at night.

It might work for someone else but did not work for me as it is made from a rather soft material so instead of dilating the nostrils it bends. So I cannot say it doesn’t work but it did not work for me

I bought a bunch of different brands and this one is well made. Works okay. Not perfect but definitely a step in the right direction. If you're wanting to breathe and your nose closes when you breathe in. I mainly use these at night while I'm trying to sleep. But these can definitely be worn at any time.

More comfortable than some other nasal dilators I have tried. Keeps your nasal passage opening without over stretching your nasal skin. As a woman I worry about overstretching my skin on my side of the nose and getting additional wrinkles or bags under my eyes. This is a good balance between keeping the passages open and clear and being able to breathe without overstretching.

i was trying to be hopeful but not only did it not work it , it opened up my one side of my nose which is slightly deviated bc i tried small and medium but then it was counterproductive . it literally was uncomfortable, made it stuffier and my nose was dripping through it . so it literally did the opposite of what i needed and created a bigger problem for me
