The first string I ordered didn't work outside. Some fluke, I guess. By the time I discovered this I was beyond the Amazon return date. However I reached out to Brightown. They responded right away and then sent me a brand new replacement string of lights and they are working perfectly outside. In fact, the lights stayed on all night the first night.

Very nice for camping, and easy to use! I paired them with the colorful flower lights and it was really pretty. It's hard to tell how big they are from the picture but they're about the size of small marbles or mini marshmallows. Smaller than i thought but still bright and stayed lit all night. I would recommend them. Great price too!

Subpar quality. Seller states 30 day warranty, but on Amazon website lists return date expired. After 20 days of limited use, the lights stopped working. When I went to replace the battery, the positive node for the battery was loose and not making a connection. I wasted time and money, and don't wish this experience on future buyers.

My first string did not last but the company got a hold of me and sent me a new strand and I will let you know how it goes they seem to be working beautifully the company really does stand behind their products I am really pleased with that

Not very bright, extremely soft glow from tiny, little bulbs.Needs full sun to get full charge. Steady light zaps battery faster than blinking UPDATED.. after receiving a replacement for this product, I am now giving this a five stars. After a solid sun charge, these lights put off a beautiful glow that lasts for hours on each setting. This seller was helpful and considerate. I recommend these adorable little lights

I've had a lot of trouble with other solar powered lights (ie: they either don't light up or they're not bright enough), so I'm really glad these actually work! The second the sun goes down they turn on all night! It's very warm lighting so it's not bright enough to do any substantial work (ex: it wasn't bright enough to re-pot plants after the sun went down). However, they're definitely bright enough to have a very chill relaxing time outdoors. I hung mine on a wall on my balcony and they're honestly so delightful.

It wasn’t what I expected. Sometimes they turn on, sometimes they don’t, and they’re not transparent. My mistake for not reading! Even so they are cute.

Hand then hung for one night in the patio and the next day they broke from the wire and no longer lit up. Very disappointed *Update* Seller reached out to me and replaced the broken lights. They worked great for our outdoor tent.
