So far I am very happy with this massager. I charged it for about 20 minutes when it first arrived to get it up to full charge. It is lightweight compared to other massagers I’ve tried, which makes it easier to lift into your shoulders, especially if you lack upper arm strength. I got it for my mother so that was an important consideration. You can feel the warmth although it’s not SUPER warm, so you may want to supplement with a heating pad. The massaging balls feel great. You can easily maneuver the straps to hit the target areas that are sore, and increase pressure depending on how tightly you hold it. Great for folks with a desk job who get knots in the shoulders and neck! But it also worked well on my lower back. I am a larger framed woman (5’9”, 250 lbs) and this fit my frame well. It might be a bit small for a super huge man with broad muscular shoulders, but should fit most average-large size people. The cordless feature is also great so you can use this just about anywhere and not be limited to cord length OR have to worry about a cat or dog chewing on the cord. The material feels very durable and high quality and I decided to get one for myself as well as a gift for my mom.

My spouse has chronic neck pain from two surgeries. I am always on the look out for a new product to give him some relief. The "arm pockets" (not sure what they are actually called) caught my eye on this massager. You place your arms through the individual pockets to pull down on the massager to increase the intensity. Additionally, you can place one arm through both pockets leaving the other arm free to do whatever. I used the massager and I will remark that it mimics an actual hand massage, although in my opinion much better because this massager offers 180 minutes of usage before needing a recharge. I am only able to hand massage my spouse's neck for about two minutes and then my hands are tired. This massager easily surpasses that time, allowing my spouse to get a long, soothing, heated, deep tissue massage. There are two different types of material. Both are very soft and flexible. The massager is wireless so no need to be stuck near a wall outlet. My husband has been using this massager every day for a week and commented that it really provides a long, intense, relaxing massage that he can enjoy whenever he wants. The massager arrived with a charge, so it was ready to try right out of the box. It is especially easy to operate. There is a zipper that runs the length of the massager, I do not know what it is for, but may be handy in the future if I need inside the massager. What is best, I have a happy hubby...I can't ask for more!

Works great, easy to use and recharge and provides a quality massage to neck and back. The heat mode works great, provides just what is needed. Easy to adjust based on location and the massager size works for 5’3 to 6’1 people with no issues. Very good quality for the price, seems to be well made.

Overall, I am very pleased with this product and would recommend. It gives a good deep tissue massage with or without heat. It seems well made, the price was reasonable, and I am very pleased with it. I'll try to remember to come back and give an update on longevity. See pros and cons below: Pros: 1. Heat works as intended. 2. Nub intensity is good and adjustable (with a learning curve). You can adjust the intensity setting but you can also move your body to adjust the placement of the nubs and the pressure desired. I originally sat upright on the edge of a chair and wrapped it around my neck. I initially had trouble getting it to hit the right spots because there is no adjustment to make the rotating nubs closer or further apart. I soon learned that I could get the nubs to the areas I desired by moving my neck and pulling forward on the straps. However, when pulling forward on the straps, it began to strain the muscles from my elbow to my wrist. I then discovered that I could bend my elbows more and put my wrists above my elbows to alleviate the strain and still allow me to control where the nubs went. There were certain areas where I wanted more intensity. For those areas, I sat back in the chair so my body was pressing against them. I was looking for and was able to deliver a very deep tissue massage by moving my body and the massager. My muscles are very tight and I was able to hit every area I needed to hit. The result was very close to having a personal massage therapist. I did feel slightly bruised the next day but no different than if I had used a massage therapist since I do require the deep tissue massage. For those who like less pressure, you can adjust the intensity to a lower setting and sit up straight to receive the lightest pressure. Remember you can move your body forward and back, side-to-side to adjust where the numbs hit. 3. Timer can be reset to continue the massage up to approx. 45 min. 4. The material is nice. It is soft and I love the faux leather straps, a plus for households with fur. 5. Seems well made. 6. Price was reasonable at under $40. 7. Cordless/freedom of movement. 8. Not too heavy. Cons: 1. Takes a long time to charge. The first charge took somewhere between 1.5-2hrs. Subsequent charges when battery was more depleted took 3-4 hours. 2. There is no AC adapter. This should be included, in my opinion. USB is a pain. Also, it would be nice to be able to continue to use it while it is charging. 3. The USB charging cord is very short and cannot be used during active massage. 4. Timer is short. It cuts off at 15 min. I feel like it should go at least 20 min and should have a continues setting as well. Note: you can restart it to continue the massage up to two times before the battery starts to die at about 45 min. 5. Box was slightly damaged on arrival but product was not damaged.

Works as described, feels great and you can move it to multiple sore locations.

Purchased this for a Christmas gift it arrived overnight on Christmas eve and the massager is wonderful ! It has multiple speeds and just the right amount of heat (make sure to set at highest setting meaning all lights are lit up)... the first time using it seems a little awkward but once you work with it and place it where you want or need you will be glad you bought it this massager really feels like 2 strong warm hands that you can maneuver by placing your hands in the provided slots which comfortably holds it in place while it eases tension and relaxes tight muscles whether using high intensity or lowest setting its a winner the only improvement would be if it didnt auto shut off after 15 mins but thats a minor detail we liked it so much i ordered a 2nd massager it arrived overnight but its missing the cord to charge it (can use fone charger)
