Weight Lifting Hooks

腰痛持ちで腰を伸ばすため鉄棒などにぶら下がる時握力が持続せずすぐ落下していたが、この商品を使用してぶら下がるとそこまで握力がいらず楽にぶらさがれるようになり、しっかりかつじっくり腰が伸ばせるようになった。なんか情けないレビューになってしまったけど、腰痛持ちの人で楽に腰を伸ばしたい人にはおすすめです。

I superset hanging abs exercises (and regular abs exercises) between all my exercises currently. Bought these specially for this purpose. I want all of my grip reserved for the main lift, not the hanging abs. Bought these over wraps because I can get a quicker release and setup. You won't get a customized sizing, though, so these feel a bit wonky. Thankfully, I have big hands, and the distance from my wrist to fingers seems to be about right for the hook. But it's not perfect. I only use them towards the end of the workout, when I'm about played out. I probably don't strictly need them, but it is nice to focus on the abs and not on my grip there at the end. I don't know that I'd recommend them for anything else, but they work for the purpose I got them for. I've gotten a few things from this brand, and was glad I could stick with them and that they made these.

The product overall has good grip strength when deadlifting 100-140kg but when I bought it I though the grips were flexible but it’s quite sturdy, which makes it a bit annoying

165cm、59kgの自分にはこの商品は大きかった。フックが金属製で壊れにくいのは非常に良い。が、もう少し丸みを狭めて欲しい。懸垂の際外れそうな雰囲気がある。これを使って加重懸垂・・・というか単にぶら下がるだけをすると背中の上部にビシビシ効く。とくに30kgとかの重りを腰に吊り下げてやると背中がバリバリになる。握力以上に長くぶら下がっていられる。大きいこと以外には非常によい商品追伸・これで高重量加重懸垂してたら肘壊しました。みなさんは気を付けてね。

筋トレ歴5年以上 今までは普通（ゴム）のパワーグリップ使ってました少しでも腕の負担をなくして、背中にきかせられるならばと思い購入しましたがまったくもって使いづらい 引っかけるだけだと手首の負担すごく 結局握らないといけないまったくパワーグリップの意味がないので、絶対に買わない方がいいです、私は使用した日に捨てましたｗこれリアルです

片手60kgの重量を1回/週頻度で2ヶ月しか使用していないのに、破損してきていることに気づきました。耐久性に問題がありますね。

The hook is hard so you can not use your grip to hold equipments. You can use it to hold bars and dumbbells without using your palm.
