We have purchased originally Q7 and loved it but it was bumping a little bit around some places and running over some items. It is a great sale now on this brand and we decided to return the Q7 and upgrade to Q10 which does much better job avoiding the objects and have some other extra features. The machine is about one inch larger in diameter but still fits everywhere where the Q7 could get into. I think it's a great deal for such a high quality design and reliability plus the maps are very customizable so you can tweak it to perfection. We could not believe how much dust it pulls out of the carpets even after multiple times. We never realized that there is so much dust growing and collecting. The mopping function with vibrator is great and carpet sensors do a great job.

I recently switched to the Roborock Q10 S5 and it has been doing a great job around the house. The best thing about it is the suction power. It picks up pet hair and dust very well and the mapping is accurate so it covers the whole area without missing spots. I also like that the mop lifts automatically when it goes over rugs which saves me from constantly moving things around. The only downside I noticed is that the dock is a little sensitive to placement. If it is not positioned perfectly against the wall the robot sometimes takes a moment to align itself when returning to charge. Other than that it has been reliable and the app controls are simple to use. It cleans quietly, avoids obstacles well, and has already reduced the amount of daily sweeping I need to do. A solid option if you want a strong vacuum that handles both hard floors and carpets.

GET IT! Can’t beat the value for the price. I use it every night with 2 dogs and it is amazing at picking everything up. I empty it every night which takes a few seconds. Love it and wish I got it sooner - got the q10 s5

Great choise for a robot that vacuums and mops it, It's versatile and does a great job on my flat, just love it... I give 4 stars because with light thin carpets it struggles even using the pass though option... It takes the carpet along with it and can obstruct the vacuum duct, thus I have to pick them up before the robot starts vacuuming. The answer bstacle avoiding and the lidar maping works great.

First use review. This is my first Robo cleaner. It mapped my three floors. Did only vacuum and its perfectly did the vacuum part. Looks good. Will write more after utilizing the mop part as well
