I got a size L normal i am a size M and it was still extremely tight

The sizing chart offers poor information regarding fit. The Medium size has a relaxed waistband length of about 30 inches; when stretched, it measures at about 34 inches. The size chart states a maximum of 37 inches. I don't think this would fit a waist of 33 - 34 inches comfortably. There is a band with button holes to tighten the waist. With the Medium size being the smallest size they offer, I'd say it would accommodate waists between 24 - 32 inches comfortably. This issue is important, especially if the user will be wearing other incontinence protection (like an adult diaper/incontinence underwear). Since that garment will add bulk, the user will want/need a bit of room. The product details has pictures, which I do not feel represent the actual product. The pictures depict what looks like sweat pants, with stretch aspects at the end of the legs. The product is designed as shorts, with the pant legs ending well below the knees. Also, the pictures seem to show the outer material is similar to sweat pants. While the material is fine, it is not very soft. Thankfully, the inner material is much softer. The product does help contain incontinence 'incidents'. Based on these considerations, it rates 3 stars.

The sizing may run a bit small meaning if I wanted a large, I would buy an extra-large for these. The quality of the shorts is great. They are soft and comfortable, and the waist is adjustable to some extent. They are designed to absorb liquid from incontinence so there is some bulk to them. Great leakage protection.

These are great for post surgeries, elderly, pregnancy or anyone that is prone to leaks or accidents. The material isn’t very stretchy so pay close attention to the size chart provided. I ordered a size medium, for reference I’m 5’7 approximately 135lbs. Waist an elastic tab that can tighten the waistband if needed. Definitely adds an extra layer of protection when needed. Highly recommend!

These incontinence pants do a good job of protecting against bladder incontinence leak and accidents. The pants are well made, and good quality. The waistband has elastic and a button built in so it can be adjusted for the best fit. The sizing seems to run about 2 sizes smaller than expected, and the 5xl I ordered fits more like a 3xl. The material is nice and soft, but does not have any give or stretch to it. I'm pleased with the quality and performance of these pants, but the sizing isn't accurate and they have no stretch to them.

This is a very nice pair of leak-proof incontinence pant. It is very comfortable to wear because of several aspects. First, it is made with nice fabric that is very close to regular fabric in appearance and in touch, but it has a TPU layer in the middle to prevent water from leaking out. Second, the fabric contacting legs is chenille that is cozy and water absorbent. In case of leakage, it would absorb the fluid so nothing would leak out. Third, the style is in a loose style that can accept a diaper. It is also very helpful to ventilate. That is a big help since the fabric is not very breathable with a TPU insertion. Forth, it is very easy to tighten with a unique adjustable waistline and two flexible leg closures. They are helpful for easy put on and take out and to help keep the legs worm.

These urine incontinence shorts feel rough and not flexible. Especially the waistline is not stretchy to wear and feels tight. Even wearing these shorts, one needs the incontinence underwear, and so far nothing has gotten on these urine incontinence shorts.
