THE BEST!
This Native Forest organic unsweetened coconut milk is amazing. The flavor is rich and creamy without being overpowering, and it tastes clean and fresh, not artificial at all. It works perfectly in cooking, baking, and even in drinks. One of my favorite things about it is that there are no additives or unnecessary ingredients. It is so hard to find coconut milk that is this simple and pure, and it makes such a difference in both taste and quality. If you are looking for a coconut milk you can actually trust and use daily, this one is a staple in our pantry. I will definitely continue buying it.

Gum free
I have been dairy free for 20 years. I started to notice as more alternatives were becoming readily available companies were adding gums to improve texture of these milk alternatives. I started to have reactions like bloating & stomach aches from these gums. I love that this “SIMPLE” version of coconut milk is gum free. It doesn’t thicken soups or curries quite as well as the brands with gums but if you are trying to eliminate gums for Whole 30 or personal reasons this is a great choice .

What all coconut milk used to be
This is what ALL coconut milk should and use to be. Thick, creamy, needing mixed, no guar gum. I only gave four stars because it is pricey.

Great, additive free, milk!
Love that this coconut milk doesn’t have any thickeners or preservatives. It is pricier than others, but I love the quality and taste. As with all canned coconut milks, you must shake it well to ensure that the cream is reincorporated with the milk. It has a silky, smooth texture
