Clear Calls and Built to Last – Great for Office or Remote Work The Jabra Biz 2300 Duo has been one of the better wired headsets I’ve used for long stretches of calls. Right away, the comfort stood out—it’s lightweight, the headband adjusts easily, and I can wear it for hours without pressure headaches or sore ears. The ear cushions are smaller than over-ear designs, but once I adjusted, I actually appreciated the less bulky fit. Call quality is excellent. The wideband audio makes voices sound clear and natural, and the noise-canceling mic really does its job—background chatter in a busy environment barely comes through. Colleagues on the other end tell me they hear me cleanly without the “popping” or breath sounds that cheaper headsets tend to pick up. The boom rotates a full 360°, which gives flexibility for left or right side use without worrying about breaking it. Durability is another plus. The Kevlar-reinforced cord feels tougher than most, and I don’t worry as much about it catching under a chair wheel. This seems like a headset designed for call centers where gear gets heavy daily use. A couple of things to keep in mind: the product listing can be confusing—some versions are “USB” but don’t include the actual USB adapter, so double-check before ordering to avoid frustration. Also, while the sound is great for calls, it’s not meant for music or entertainment; it’s tuned for voice clarity, not deep bass. Bottom line: If you need a reliable, comfortable headset for professional calls—whether at a busy office or working remotely—this Jabra is worth it. Crisp audio, rugged build, and an all-day wear design make it a strong value for the price.

I like the fact that it has a standard USB connector. Works pretty seamlessly with Cisco Webex. I do not know if it works pretty seamlessly with Jabber. But it is comfortable to wear and worked right out of the box. For webex, I simply had to select the Jabbra headset for mic and audio. The mic (mute) and volume controls on the headset wire seem to work well. And overall it does seem relatively well constructed. The only downside is that it's a little pricey.

So I recently started back working in the office after working from home for almost 5 years…I work in a busy call center and it’s loud!!! I wanted a better headset that had great sound quality so I could actually hear my calls clearly! This headset was everything I needed! Now, it doesn’t come with the USB cord but I just used the one at my job and it works perfectly!! 10/10

For the price of this headset, it really should be half the price of what it is. I had callers tell me that there was an echo on the headset, and I heard static. The mute button doesn't work, lol Talking to clients, and I accidently notice I'm on mute. LOL. Really???? How I know I'm on mute, the mute button actually circles red, and and lets me know as an audio queue in my ears, but I can still talk. I am considering on returning it for a better model? Problem with that is, this is the 3rd headset I have tried. I wanted a new headset that would eliminate or control my fur baby barks and I could use mute. So we'll see.....

I used to use my Plantronics Blackwire until it started having static and the foam on the ear pieces fell apart. This was a great replacement, and it works fantastic. The size of the ear pieces were smaller than expected, but I adjusted pretty quickly to it. The automatic sound adjustment doesn't work when a sudden loud noise happens, so knocked a star off for that. The sound quality was good for the price though. I love the on-demand audio controls with the mute feature, and my customers could hear me just fine. My only other complaint would be the length of the cable, as it was too long. Maybe add a retractable feature? Nonetheless, great headset!
