Love it, so many beneficial items all in one formula no guessing. Hair fall out is less, more glossy shine. Stronger nails less bloating. Only downfall is quite a few pills to take morning noon and night and I dont like pills that much. But for as much as is in here it makes sense you need that many to get all the goodness.

I wanted to try this bundle because of the wide array of supplements included. I may have noticed a slight increase in energy level while taking these but I really did not notice any drastic changes or any side effects while taking this product. So no complaints or extra praise here. Easy to take without having to concern myself with many different separate bottles. I do like that it included folate because this is best for the body. I avoid the synthetic form, folic acid, in food & supplements.I really like this supplement and I'm sure I'll purchase it again!
