Fairphone (Gen. 6 5G 2025 FP6 (GSM Unlocked, International Version) 256GB + 8GB RAM - Dual SIM (Nano-SIM + eSIM) Android 15 Smartphone (Forest Green)

This is my first Fairphone, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I'm very happy with it. The build quality is good, though plastic. The screen seems to be very fingerprint resistant. Camera quality is decent. I'm very pleased with the performance. I did flash it with e/os, so that may have had an effect on the experience compared to the stock firmware. Can confirm it works perfectly on T-Mobile. - At this point, I plan to get a Fairphone again on the next go-round. Would recommend, especially with e/os.

After a week using this as my daily driver, I'm convinced this is the apex of Fairphone design so far - light, strong, fast, gorgeous dysplay. It was also super easy to replace the stock operating system with /e/OS a privacy-friendly custom ROM; whole process took less than an hour!

5 stars to the company that sells this thanks to a helpful return policy. Buyers should read the fine print (which I missed) - the 4 stars is because this has some Fairphone software on it but it’s an Android phone. No /e/OS operating system.

Hatte bis vor einem halben Jahr ein LG, war einfach Zeit für ein neues Handy. Meine Entscheidung für dieses Gerät waren durch die Langlebigkeit und die Herstellungsweise geprägt. Die Bedienung mußte ich erstmal lernen, war aber kein Problem. Auch die Akkulaufzeit hat mich positiv überrascht. Kurz: Top und das Geld wirklich wert.

I received my Fairphone 6 on 28 December 2025. So far I am very happy! I needed a new phone as my OnePlus 6t was 7 years old, out of service updates and the battery was unreliable. I loved that phone and didn't want to change it. However, I'm very happy with my new FP6. Everything works well, the transition between phones has been smooth and I'm not missing my 6t. The screen is lovely and even old pictures look great on it. I haven't taken many pictures with the camera yet but what I have look good. My main reason for choosing the Fairphone 6 over others - such as the Google pixel 9a - (and paying a premium) was the company's ethics, and the ability to do simple things like replace the battery. I'm not sure about the value of having the Lime switch for Fairphone moments. Perhaps others will like it but it feels a bit of a gimmick to me. So far so good and I'm delighted with the FP6.

Mi sto trovando molto bene con questo dispositivo, a parte qualche bug di sistema per software acerbo, adesso tutti risolti.. cercavo qualcosa contro il consumismo, 5 anni di garanzia e 10 anni di aggiornamenti software.. azianda molto valida dopo anni di Xperia.. display bellissimo fotografie ottime.. audio di qualità lo consiglio

Lo he acabado devolviendo y os cuento por qué. Me encanta fairphone y su filosofía. Un teléfono modular fácil de reparar es una idea que me atrae muchísimo. Eso de poder cambiar la batería o la pantalla con un simple destornillador, es fantástico. Además me encanta que tenga capacidad para tarjeta SD y tenga eSim. Otra cosa que me encanta es que tiene una pantalla un poco más pequeña que mi anterior teléfono. Estoy cansado de que todos los móviles sean como ladrillos enormes. La cámara trasera tampoco está nada mal. Y lo maravilloso de este teléfono es que desde el primer día puedes desbloquear el teléfono, rootearlo y cambiarle la rom ( sistema operativo). Pero ahora hablemos de lo malo. El procesador no es muy potente y muchas veces vez como tarda unos segundos en abrir las cosas. Incluso ves que algunas aplicaciones van un poco a saltos. No se nota demasiado, pero si te fijas lo acabas notando.La cámara frontal (selfie) es una verdadera basura sobre todo en condiciones de poca luz. El botón de encendido no sobresale, así que si pones una carcasa al móvil, cuesta un poco usarlo. Tampoco me acostumbro a tener los botones del volumen a la izquierda. Pero lo que más me ha molestado es que con e/OS ( el sistema operativo alternativo que ofrece Fairphone) el bluetooth no funciona bien y no hay forma de que las llamadas de teléfono y whatsapp funcionen con el manos libre de mi coche, y eso es muy importante para mí. El motivo de la devolución en mi caso es el problema del bluetooth y que me parece inaceptable que un teléfono de 600 euros tenga un procesador y una cámara de selfie tan malo. Mi xiaomi 12T Pro de hace 5 años me costó lo mismo en su día y hoy los tests de rendimiento saca 4 veces más que este teléfono que salió hace unos meses.
