An excellent digital frame to display your personal and favorite pictures. Easy to setup and looks great. This is a quality product. There is many ways to transfer and load your pictures which use the cell phone app and micro SD cards. I have bought this product multiple time for myself and gifts. Just got it set up & so far I really like it.It was easy to set up, the size is perfect & the app is easy to use. I love how clear the picture is & I can hang it on the wall, sit it on a surface horizontal or vertical.

I ordered this for my mom for Mother’s Day. It is an amazing frame. She’s always admired my 10” frame but had trouble seeing it across the room. I will say that I love my frame, but hers is so much nicer to mine. The app that you used to send pictures to the frame has so many more incredible features than mine does, and there’s no limit on how many pictures you can send at one time. You can also send longer videos, which is nice.If you are looking for a good digital frame at a very good price, do not hesitate to get this one.

Was a perfect gift for my Dad. The app is very easy to use and set up was a breeze. The slide show is nice and can be adjusted to your liking. Storage capacity is sufficient for my Dad to watch his grands grow. No issues with it staying connected. Is really a great frame for the price. User friendly for our not so tech savvy folks.

I bought this frame for my 97 year old grandma, who lives several states away, to keep her connected with her four grandchildren across the country. It was easy to set up and simple to send photos to. It worked great for the first year, then suddenly the screen displayed a giant red skull and crossbones and shut down. I'm assuming this means the frame was hacked, or else had some other kind of fatal error on the manufacturer's end. I contacted Frameo and they gave me a list of troubleshooting ideas, none of which worked. They also refused to refund me for the item. A sad waste of money for the sake of a year's worth of photos. Caveat emptor!

Had this for one year and all of sudden it stopped working. Screen went black and reset button not working. Makes a noise when plugged in. Bought a new charger and it works just fine.
