My wife love kiwi knives. The quality, sharpness, and weight makes this knife so easy to work with and make it with your money. You will not regret it.

The BEST All Purpose Kitchen Knife!
Excellent knives! Picked up one years ago from a local Vietnamese grocer and haven’t looked back! These knives are the BEST & my go to daily!!! Cheap, sharp and a must have in every kitchen. Can be sharpened and last long. I place them in my dishwasher every few weeks for a good clean. If done daily the handle may not last.

Best kitchen knives I've ever got for so little money.
First, if you want a great knife, buy these KIWI knives.I'm the cook. I worked professionally for about 10 years then moved on, cooking for the family and friends. I have the "nice knives" and I have bangers, and I thought these would be like that, bangers. Wrong 100%. These are the best, thin, sharp as a razer, cut through meat and vegies as thick or see through as you could want. They will flex some, and I keep a blade protector on each of them so no accidents happen, handles are great, they weigh nothing in your hand, and I am getting more so I have spares when someone else decides to use them with the "I'll be careful", then puts a big notch in the middle of the blade.I also sharpen my own knives on waterstones, and I could not believe how sharp I could get these, and very easily. Don't use the can opener sharpener or one of those gimmick sharpeners for these though, they are probably too thin for them to work.Beautiful knives I'm happy I found.

Cuts well, easy to sharpen, inexpensive!
I recently purchased this set of two Kiwi Brand knives, and they have exceeded my expectations. These knives are sharp right out of the package and slice through vegetables, fish, and meats with ease. The blades are very easy to sharpen, maintaining a great edge without much effort. Not able to find these knives locally, so I was thrilled to discover them here on Amazon. The flexibility of these knives makes them very versatile in the kitchen, especially for finer work and more delicate cuts. They’re light in the hand, comfortable to hold, and make prep work less of a chore. For the price, they’re a fantastic value and outperform some pricier knives I own. Highly recommend for both home cooks and pros looking for reliable kitchen tools! Loved them so much we bought them as Christmas gifts

My expensive knives have been retired since discovering the Kiwi.
I used to be a professional chef and I have worked at many different restaurants and have used knives that range from $100-$500 each. Expensive knives are definitely nice and they are usually great quality tools, but it only takes dropping one knife and breaking or bending a tip to realize there is no place for such expensive knives in and actual working kitchen. I found that nobody in a commercial kitchen will respect your tools as much as you do. Whether it is dishwashers dropping them and running them through the machines or other chefs picking them up and using them with reckless abandon, I got fed up with my expensive knives being ruined.I came across these Kiwi knives about 10 years ago in a local Asian market and I have never looked back. They are affordable and pretty tough. I actually still have the first one that I purchased. They are hollow-ground, so they are very easy to resharpen to a razor's edge. They are just regular stamped blades that are full-tang and riveted to a wooden handle. The beauty is in their simplicity and cost. I never really cared for stainless knives. I always felt that they took too long to sharpen because the steel is too hard. I had always preferred carbon steel because of the nice edge that can be achieved with minimal effort. The fact that these Kiwi knives have such a thin blade means that they sharpen very quickly and slide through the material that you are cutting effortlessly. I still use heavy carbon or stainless cleavers to chop through harder things like bone and ice. But the standard Kiwi knife has been the only knife I use for general knife work for the last 10 years, Whether I am cooking at home or on the job. My expensive knives have been living in the knife drawer since I got my first Kiwi. Great value..Great knives!!

Light and sharp
I was surprised by how much I'd like these knives. They are sharp, light, and super cheap! The wood handle was a bit rough, but it's fine now with some use. Not great for cutting large cuts of raw meat, because you need some weight for that and these are very light. But great for cutting vegetables, cheese, cooked meats, etc. I have carpal tunnel and my hands get tired easily. These knives make cooking much easier and my hands don't get too tired.
