Protection from more damage
It is very sweet so don't go wild with it. It is thick but not too thick. It is the best honey I've had in years and I have tried most all of them.It has a pleasing aroma and the color is somewhere between the darkest and the lightest I have not seen any crystallization but may be that's because it has not cold enough.
