I wish I would have found this sweetner earlier in life, because there is excellent. I have read comments from others who say that it "clumps", but it clumps no worse than regular, processed sugar that hasn't been touched for days. I do want to warn you though that it takes more effort to get it to dissolve in colder beverages than sugar or poisonous, sugar substitutes. However, if you will try it, you'll like it.

This is coconut palm sugar that is compliant with the ketogenic diet. It is sweet but pricey.

Love this product, and am excited to find new uses! I bought this product in smaller size locally, but found this price and size to be great for stocking pantry and using more freely. This makes a wonderful sweetener for coffee and tea, but also subs in anything using brown sugar--adds a wonderful flavor in place of white sugar as well. I'd highly recommend this product!

If you're trying this for the first time.. I'd stick to other forms of sugar.. They say that it is just as sweet.. But it's not.

bought because I am prediabetic and this is recommended for low glycemic rating. It tastes very good and I'm very happy with it. Used in tea and baking bread, nothing else yet.

Hated the taste of it. I was trying to find alternative sweeteners to saccharin, aspartame and sucralose.

sweet with no weird after taste. I have thus far cooked with it, use it in all my coffee drinks and cereal. Yeah yeah the is a calorie consideration here.

This stuff is great in oatmeal.. fools me into thinking I am eating brown sugar in my breakfast. I've bought this brand a couple of times now.

This sugar tastes really good, like a less sweet version of brown sugar. Bakes the same as caster sugar, seems lighter and less dense. Not tried it for anything other than baking so can't vouch for it in tea/coffee, but it makes a nice cake. And no it doesn't actually taste like coconut!

This is good quality and although not cheap its a lot less expensive than I can buy it locally and delivered promptly.

Amazing flavour, lasts forever and stays fresh. Perfect for cakes, coffee or sprinkling on porridge. Not overly sweet, with a rich, mild coconut taste.Would definitely buy again.
