I purchased an iSpring wall mounted three stage (canister) whole house water filtration system several years ago to replace a dual tank floor mounted system that took up too much room and did not back flush properly and could not deliver quality water results. The iSpring system takes up very little wall space and maintenance is easy, simply changing the three filters yearly based on our water usage. Customer service was great with Nick giving me sound advice regarding installation. A couple of years later he gave me good advice as to the use a heat gun to loosen tanks when I had overtightened two canisters. I recently learned that Nick is still providing customer service when I had a question regarding an order for replacement filters. We are serviced by a small water utility company which has pure water, but the water has high levels of sand and sometimes high levels of chlorine. The 5-micron sediment filter removes most of the sand and two CTO carbon block filters do a great job removing chlorine and any remaining sand. We do experience water line breakage occasionally which can introduce large amounts of sediment into the lines which is a health hazard and can damage water heaters, dish washers, and washing machines leading to premature failure. This is another reason to install a whole house system instead of point of source filters for sinks and lavatories. I do find the iSpring replacement filters high quality and reasonably priced particularly when purchased in cases of four like my recent order. Merlin

These are great. I have a three filter system and have these FC25B Carbon filters in all of them. I replaced a big, non-serviceable 4ft whole-house carbon filter tank with this system because my water is so bad that the carbon filter needs to be replaced periodically, and the "lifetime" tank wasn't a good solution. NOTE: Sean in customer service has been especially helpful with my filter needs. THANKS!

Incorrect items in correctly labelled box, resulted in me receiving a double order of charcoal filters and no particulate [sediment] filters. After contacting ISPRING [I thought the problem originated with them] I promptly received a call and with an exchange of emails - Michele send us for of the correct filters immediately. We are very grateful. We have options of purchasing other filters, but we will continue purchasing ISPRING filters for their quality. Thanks ISPRING!

Replacement cartridges for my iSpring Whole House filter system. Great product. My system is 3 stage with first two stages are CTO Carbon blocks and the 3rd a Iron & Manganese which also removes lead. Great system. I live on a city water system and when i cut open one Iron and Manganese filter at the 6 month change out I was amazed at how gross it was! City water is not as clean as one would think. Oh by the way, when the water department repairs a line, there is no telling what you will get in your water... dirt, rocks and other particulate materials. I have a 50 micron prescreen prior to my filters...I know when the lines downstream have been repaired...

I got this for the whole house filter because I react to chlorine.. I think it's making my eosinophilia worse (lungs, gastric, etc) because my dad also reacted to chlorine so severely that a single drink of tap water had resulted in him being air medevaced from a navy ship. They don't do that lightly. Eventually the reactions aggravated Crohn's, led to Primary sclerosing cholangitis, liver transplant, liver cancer, and he passed. My thoughts are that I also need to limit my exposure to chlorine vapors in showers, etc to try to avoid the same outcome. I have a device that measures VOCs and the filters reduce the readings but they still go up significantly when I shower. I know basic household filters aren't meant to get everything but the setup was over $400 so you'd think it'd do more... I'll get a chlorine test kit and just see if it's for sure chlorine causing the spike in the readings and rule out anything different. Hopefully it's just some other stuff in there.. I'll update w photos of the test kit when I figure it out.
